My name is Gary “TRUTH” Clayton I was born and raised in the nations capital Washington D.C. My film journey actually started mentally in 1997 while I was attending Penn College of technology. I was taking a black and white photography class and watching music videos when I decided this is the world I wanted to be apart of. After twenty years of everything but I bought myself a camera for my birthday and produced my very first music video, which just happened to be Juneteenth. I was free finally to create my universe one planet at a time. (IcuFilmz) I Create the Universe films was born. 2019 I co-directed, filmed, edited and produced my first web series (Moguls) which was written and directed by John “ the bad badger” Baxter aka “Spike Jeezy” Rest In Peace. then in march of 2020 I went in to production of my very first feature “Thought it was Sweet” and we know what took place at that time. Regardless I got it done with an amazing cast through all the trials and tribulations I was not stoping and I will not stop pursuing my goals with a relentless and reckless abandon.
